Autonomous system registration is needed by clients that have a couple of connections to different ISPs, but require their own net routing policy.
Autonomous System - a group of routers (gateways) from same administration region, that interact with other autonomous systems by using the External Gateway Protocol - EGP (EBGP), and by using the Interior Gateway Protocol - IGP, for interaction inside autonomous system.
PI-block registration: Required by clients that are unable to get the IP-adresses from the ISP or have a couple of connections to different ISPs but need dynamical routing for their adress block.
